Operation Red Fox
Our Northern Army marched on the northern most territories of Japan- Hokkaido, the Sakhalin and Kuril Islands, as well as the entire Russian province of Vladivostok have been captured in the name of Mephistophelia as it remained unclaimed and close to my province of Manchuria and North Korea. Taking it by surprise through a massive Blitzkrieg campaign of naval and aerial superiority.

King Tenzin Gyalsun Pemsa and Queen Lakshmi Jigyen have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, they've willingly agreed to allow foreign advisers from Mephistophelia into their kingdom, in exchange they will keep the current government and their crowns in place to rule in our stead, autonomous but part of the Dominion. We've begun developing proper roads into China and with our neighbors in Myanmar as well as we've expanded on telecommunications and Internet connectivity. Relief aid from the Hegemon Confederacy has arrived with foods and medicines. And we may be able to provide a system of sanitation and hygiene within the year.
