The Tsar Engelbert III,already with 85 years,would soon start to say the following words in the parliament


"My fellow Skartenians. With my age,i know that i may die soon. Sad,yes,its sad,but i believe i cannot die without doing an last thing. We may capture the far siberian eastern land. The whole of it."


As he said,the army would prepare to the colonization,sending 145 035 Infantry troopers,with 200 tanks,and followed by 50 Support planes (30 Jets,20 bombers)

I am opposed to this expansion, it would make you the 2nd largest landmass on the world and I am sure the rest of the pax romana would join me in war against you should you choose to continue.
