Peace Negotiations with Skarten

[Agattu]

Agattu is proposing the following peace treaty to Skarten.

1). Hostilities will immediately cease.

2). The 5 provinces bordering Byrd Land will be ceded to Byrd Land.

3). Byrd Land will withdraw all troops and ships from Skarten Territory.

4). Marxist Bavaria will get a portion of the land bordering 5Years on the Atlantic.
a). Those territories include the three coastal territories up from 5 years and 5 territories deep.

5). Agattu will get 4 coastal provinces in Norway.
a). Those provinces include the 4 southern coastal provinces on the Atlantic Ocean

6). A non-aggression pact will be signed by all warring nations that will be in effect for 1 month.

7). Skarten must downsize it's military to non-threatening levels. The international community will monitor this.

I oppose this option. The land provided should be adequate. He should not loose all of his sea lanes or an entire border region with another nation. Your troops would not have been able to make it that far across in 2 days. I believe the options provided in the original are generous enough.

These are the terms. Accept them or the war will continue and you cannot win.

I would like to amend the treaty to strike clause 7 and add clause 8 which states that for 2 months, Skarten will have a defensive military posture at all. Any aggressive movements in the next two months will be considered a violation of this treaty.

Agattu Approves and signs the treaty with this amendment.
