Nova Hansan-Agattuan Peace Negotiations

[Nova Hansa]

I. To end disputes between Nova Hansa and Agattu, Nova Hansa plans to purchase the following Agattuan territories. Agattu must name a reasonable price either in money, in aid, or a limitation treaty.

The following territories will be purchased from Agattu:
-Agattuan African territory
-Agattuan Sri Lankan territory
-Agattuan Istanbul
-Agattuan Britain and Ireland
Agattuan Mediterranean Islands
-Agattuan South Europe (I will offer less of a price for this territory because of the joint occupation of this area)

II. Agattuan South European territory will be occupied by joint Nova Hansan and Agattuan forces. The area will be provided aid and rebuilt under Nova Hansan-Agattuan influence. For the time being, it will be known as South 5years. 5years acquires South 5years in 5 months (5 RP years).

III. There will be a non-aggression pact formed between all participating nations that will last one month (1 RP year).

IV. War participants are hereby defined as the following:

(Some of these guys I go to school with and they told me they were on my alliance from there)

HA gained land will be split into the following. The amount of contribution to the war determines the amount of land you get:

Nova Hansa: Gains no territory.
Skarten: You get the British Isles, Ireland, and part of France.
O3o: You get East India.
Kharakastan: Unfortunately, I don't see any way I can give you land without breaking my anti-imperialist promise. I will pay you 10 billion Aurums and you may get to build bases in South 5years. Out of this treaty, you can claim any land you want.
Araluena: You get all Agattuan territory in Africa.
Espiero: You get all HA-occupied territory in Africa.
A Middle Earth: You get part of the Prumerican Balkans.
Dameteor and Properties: For just joining the war and doing nothing, you each get a small part of India.
White Land: Liberated land for new nations to place claims on (it's not on the map, but the East Balkan territory is also liberated)
Agattu: You may keep all of your mainland, Ireland, and Atlantis territory.
Great Georgianian and Hcaer: You gain nothing, you lose nothing.
Dropped Out Nations (Marxist Bavaria, The Tirol Region): You get nothing because you decided to stop supporting the HA.

V. For this treaty to become ratified, all participating nations must agree to its terms.

Prumerican conquered land goes into joint receivership of council

Agattan conquered land goes into joint receivership of council, excluding previously listed territories.

5Years cannot expand for 1 month

Agattu gets a permanent seat on the council with veto rights over the sell off or trading of jointly owned land.

Nova Hansa, Skarten, A Middle Earth, Kharakastan, Araluena, Hcaer, Great Georgianian, and Prumerica are non permanent members of the council.
