Neo Polisophos' Peaceful Occupation of Blazingaces

After nineteen days of inactivity, Blazingaces is starting to seal its fate, and its population is going down with it. Fearing the lack of a Government to take care of Blazingaces, Neo Polisophos would like to start negotiations with Nova Hansa to peacefully take over the country's chaotic lands.

As Blazingaces' lands are big and have the perfect conditions for Neo Polisophos' expansion, and seeing as Nova Hansa controls a large part of South America, Neo Polisophos proposes that Blazingaces' lands be split this way, between us and Nova Hansa:

We believe this division is the best for both of our countries.

If by chance Blazingaces happens to log in in a scope of 1 day after negotiations have been terminated, this proposal will cease to exist and work.
