Minor Nation Security Council (MNSC)

MNSC has the goal of protecting the smaller nations from the global superpowers. It is a defensive pact of nations that feel threatened by their big neighbors. The founder is The Republic of Naiss.

The President of Leerka, Walker Millhoff, picks up his phone. After hearing the invitation to this alliance, he rushes to his car, drives to the airport, and flies to Naiss, not having enough time to change out of his T-Shirt with the flags of Leerka and Dijen.

"Hello, esteemed leader of Nai-" Walker stops and checks his shirt, and blushes.

"Hello, esteemed leader of Naiss. Leerka would highly like to take part in the Minor Nation Security Council." He then rushes to the bathroom, while asking an adviser to get him a suit.

Heinrich Wells, Bavarian Ambassador to Naiss, comes into the room, and watches as Walker Milhoff heads towards the bathrooms.
" we will gladly join this initiative.may we, the smaller nations of the world, protect ourselves from the imperialistic, major powers. I suggest, as an incentive to join this great initiative, we should introduce tariff free trade between member nations."

[Leerka]

Walker Millhoff rushes back to his podium, in a new suit. He wipes his hands together, and fidgets with his microphone for a second. He then coughs into it, and large amounts of feedback are played through the speakers. He readjusts the microphone, and begins.

"I say we first address how we shall protect ourselves from giants like Nova Hansa. Would we, combining our militaries, be able to protect ourselves? Leerka has a total military size of around 15,000 men and women. How about you all?"

Heinrich Wells stands up to the podium, pride on his face.
He begins speaking."Marxist Bavaria may be a small nation, but our military is no laughing matter. Us Bavarians have 23,000,000 million men ready to serve."

[Greiffjord]

The Vizekonig und Kanzler of Greiffjord, Karl Neuerdorf has recently arrived in Naissus, having a long conversation with Consul Nick Edwards, Walker Millhoff and Heinrich Wells, and seems very delighted with the result of the summit meeting.

"Yes, by the mandate of the people of Greiffjord, we gladly accept to join this alliance to protect ourselves and close the ranks. As you all know, Greiffjord was surrounded by large neighbors, and though war is the last things Greiffjord seeks, nothing bad could come from a solid, sincere and genuine alliance."

Greiffjord has recently raised the military number into 600 thousands personels with reserved to be expected about 50 millions due to compulsory military draft. Greiffjord Air Force (Greiffjord Luftwaffe) has recently announced to expand its long range fighter and bomber squadron, while Greiffjord Marine has already constructed its third nuclear aircraft carrier.

I have a proposition, what if the member of this Councill will automatically open diplomatic embassy to each other?

If you all agree, Greiffjord shall then send our ambassadors to each respective nations.

Secretary General of MNSC, Augustin Périer, wants to welcome the new member nations of the Council.

"Welcome esteemed ambassadors of your respected nations" - he says with a strong french accent, "My only wish is to bring peace to this world and I hope we can achieve this together."

General Seleucus calls and says "We would be more than glad to join the MNSC".

A military official with several rows of medals and badges runs in the room, reflecting a light that makes several people in the room shield their eyes, and makes such an obnoxious clinking sound several men and women hold their ears. He whispers something into Walker Millhoff's ear, and then rushed back to where he was.

Walker Millhoff clears his throat, and says "It seems like I have miscalculated. Due to recent changes, Leerka has 105,594 troops."

Heinrich Wells looks on in a cool and collected manner.

"Well, 100,000 troops instead of 15,000 is quite the change. Regardless, we need all the manpower we can get to have a fighting chance against the superpowers of the world."

lol, we've already reached peace at this point. I'm disbanding the Hegemon Confederacy and withdrawing my forces. Figure out a true antagonist because the RP is getting to the point of boring peace.

With good reasons to accept Naiss' proposal, Neo Polisophos agrees with the MNSC proposal. We hope our small country can develop itself without invasions from rivals.

As president Hurunga plane landed,his people showed him to his vehical that would wisk him the MNSC conference room to discuss Nova Socrums entry into the group after his nation had gained world wide recognition.
