I have added the ability for people to play as non-nation organizations such as terrorist organizations or rebellions, but there are a few rules:

1. You must be realistic, you need to have realistic reasons for the group to be formed and reasons for the group's actions.

2. You are allowed to create a group that is based in another nation, however you must have permission from that nation or the Gamemaster.

3. You must fill out the Application below, and submit it in the Submitted application topic.
