I am against this entire expansion. There has yet to be a valid reason except for imperial ambition. 5 Years keeps growing as other nations say they will stop. 5 Years already has all of western Europe, and a large chunk of Africa. If 5 years keeps this up, it will lead to war.

Mephistophelia has stopped all claims of expansions and has taken its casual peacekeeping approach to diplomatic affairs, once more. I am very hesitant to allow this transgression as this has been multiple occasions now with the nation of 5years and within the span of a few days, he's grown exponentially outside of traditional border incursions and into the proactive 18th century colonialist power across another continent. I can see the justification for annexation of unclaimed territory connecting to your borders out of the ethical possibility that the peoples of the territory share at least a common culture, religion, or ethnicity. This is not the case. Mephistophelia will intervene in support of the other multinational organizations/parties involved and will send much needed peacekeepers, logistical, and monetary support in the conflict at hand, if this becomes a problem. We have established political and economical partners in Africa with Zexiunum, Prumerica, and Dijen, and we would like to keep that level of security and stability.
