1) Not declare a state of war between nations in NAAN.

2) Take part in trade with other nations in NAAN.

3) Not conduct any diplomatic agreement with a nation that threatens the security of any member of NAAN.

I can't speak for all of NAAN, but Prumerica will be sending 5,000,000 soldiers.

Agattu will send ships and an MEU to aid.

The fleet will consist of 25 ships including one Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier, 3 nuclear submarines and the rest an assortment of surface warships.

The MEU will consist with a setup similar to the following:

Plus two LCS carries and 3 Amphibious landing ships and 10 surface combat ships.

We will also begin long range bomber patrols with B-52 aircraft carrying non-nuclear cruz missiles that can strike targets in Skarten.

This fleet is being sent in support of peace. They will take the side of the one that the aggression is against. As of now, it looks like you, however if you launch the first attack I will be forced to reconsider my stance.. the MEU consist of 2200 Marine Infantry, plus some light armor. Agattu is not willing to commit large sums of ground troops when air strikes, ship and air launched cruise missiles and long range artillery can wipe infantry out.

I ask all members of NAAN to take the stance of a peaceful army. Let's not pick a side but wait to see who the aggressor is. We should defend those who are attacked, not the nation that appeals to us first.
