Greiffjording Battle Fleet consist of Aircraft Carrier GMS Auriga Gustavsson, battleship GMS Odin, 4 Skadi class destroyers, 2 Valkyrie class frigate, 2 LHD troop transports, 1 Oiler ship, and 4 icebreaker ships has land over the northern coast of Novoya Zemlya...

This fleet, as a core forces of Operation Zitadelle, was lead by Admiral Hans Frederiksen, in an effort to occupy Novoya Zemlya and use it as a forward base to march into Northern Russian territories. Operation Zitadelle, with its ambitious "trans-polar expedition", begun with 4 icebreakers pave out path across North Pole for the shortest distance to Novoya Zemlya. The path is difficult to navigate due to absence of longitude and latitude inside the Arctic Circle, nevertheless, this carefully planned, high-risk plan has been carried out successfully. A headquarter has been erected in Novoya Zemlya and the whole island will be expected to be fully submitted to Konigstadt by this weeks.

The resistance is minimal, and hopefully, we could march into Mainland Russia next month.

Using the aircraft carrier GMS Auriga Gustavsson as mobile headquarters, Greiffjording Battle Fleet has crossed to the okrug of Nenetsia and beginning a swift strike into the mainland. With resistance, once again minimal, Greiffjord Expeditionary Forces can completely occupiy Nenetsia, while setting eyes to Arkhangelsk Oblast. Meanwhile, a squadron of long range bombers and long range fighters has arrived in the airfield of Novoya Zemlya to provide much needed support for the ground troops.

Greiffjord also begin the first flight of peoples to annex and occupy Novoya Zemlya completely, and add two more troop transports carrying Main Battle Tanks to strengthened the forces currently encroached in Nenetsia. After the 2nd reinforcement reach Nenetsia, as planned, GEF will begin to occupy Arkhangelsk Oblast.

Greiffjord ground troops, supported by detachments of main battle tank and heavy artillery has march from Nenetsia to Arkhangelsk Oblast. Air sorties from GMS Auriga Gustavsson rolled to provide aerial covers. Resistance occured, but the whole campaign will be expected to finish in a month at most.

Squadrons of newly-purchased Dassault Rafale-M Greiffjord Fleet Air Arms from GMS Auriga Gustavsson are conducting deep strike attacks to the Archangelsk military bases. Meanwhile, Greiffjord ground forces are marching to the capital city of Arkhangelsk, suffering heavy resistance from the defending Archangelskian army. Archangelskian use relic ex-Soviet WW II tanks, T-34 and slightly newer T-54 entrenched in certain parts of the city to hold the Greiffjording advance. Archangelskian armoured squad has been instructed to avoid any direct engagement with Greiffjord's armored column, consists of dozens of Strv-122 MBT and older Strv-103 turretless tank, however Greiffjord's anti-tank infantries supported by Tigre gunship able to decimate any Archangelskian tank they find. With City Hall being captured by Greiffjording Armed Forces and resistance armies being pushed far south, the city will be expected to fall in 3 days.

Meanwhile, another Army Group has crossed and subdue resistance in Onezhskiy Rayon. With Vinogradovskiy Rayon and Verhetoemskiy Rayon already at the control of Greiffjording Military, the second resistance base in Plesetskiy Rayon are expected to be completely surrounded by Greiffjord's prong attack and ready to be strike after the fall of Archangelsk. All in all, Konigstadt expected the entire Operation to be complete in no more than two weeks.

The Flag of Greiffjord has flown in the city hall of Arkhangelsk, and by the surrender of the last resistance leader, Amrin Dudayev, supreme commander for the Operation Zitadelle, Adm. Hans Frederiksen has proudly announced that Operation Zitadelle has reached the objective and therefore shall be completed, leaving Greiffjord Armed Force in the duty of pacification the newly obtained regions.

Kanzler of Greiffjord, Karl Neuerdorf, glad that Operation Zitadelle has ended ahead schedule, and will begin to held cabinet meeting for reconstructing the war torn country. This will be the biggest and final achievement made by Kanzler Neuerdorf before his terms ended next year. It is also scheduled that Kanzler Neuerdorf to visit Arkhangelsk after his state visit to Agattu. When asked by press should there be another Expedition, Kanzler Neuerdorf strongly dismissed that possibility.

"This expedition has cost lives of many Greiffjord's best sons, and the reconstruction of the lands shall burden our economy for the next decade; now it's not the time to shed another blood, but to rebuild instead, because Greiffjord has to redeem what he done to the Arkhangelsk Oblast by modernizing and rebuild the land up to Greiffjord's standard," said Kanzler Neuersdorf.

The Kanzler however suggest that some of the Greiffjord Armed Forces will be moved to the newly obtained region in order to secure the area, as well as relieving the over-crowded military bases in Greenland.
