Mephistophelia Diplomatic Mission to Agattu

His Eminence, Ambassador Kang Enlai arrived at Reykjavik Airport in Agattu-controlled Iceland. The Ambassador flanked with entourage of fellow diplomats and the Mongol elite guard, Kheshig descend onto the tarmac from a privately-chartered Emirate Airlines plane. This would be the first of a world tour in international relations between the once-isolated, neutral nation of Mephistophelia.

A throng of Agattu journalists swarm the group, to appease the crowd, the Ambassador steps forward and states, "I, Kang Enlai, Ambassador to the Dominion of Mephistophelia would like a high-level meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Agattu for a formal discussion in diplomatic affairs and the establishment of a new embassy in Reykjavik. It is time for peace and prosperity, a time in which Agattu shall have a say in world affairs. We would also like to propose new ventures and opportunities in free trade with our glorious nation. One resource rich country to another. And in time, we would like to invite Agattu to our union, the Hegemon Confederation. We hope to have very progressive talks as strategic partners".

The Ambassador after closing remarks is once again surrounded by his people and entering government-issue limousines as an Agattuan police force envelops the area to rein in the crowd.

The Foreign Secretary of Agattu quickly gets on a government issued jet and flies to Reykjavik to meet with His Eminence. Upon arrival she announce that Agattu would be honored to establish an embassy with Mephistophelia and is eager to begin trade discussions. She then got into a government issued SUV and went to meet with the ambassador at the Grand Agattan Hotel - Iceland where she has set up a stay for the ambassador in the presidential suite.
