The Pax Romana is a defense pact among the nations of the GCA. If you wish to join, ask. All members of The Pax Romana must:

1) Abstain from war with any member of The Pax Romana.

2) Assist in the defense of an attacked member from an external or internal attacker.

3) Prioritize The Pax Romana over all other defense and military organizations during war.

4) Not conduct a diplomatic agreement with a nation that threaten the security of any member of The Pax Romana.

that is fine. Just note that any ships that enter Japanese waters will be confiscated and sent back and all goods impounded. I have no qualms with you if that is all you do.

Yes. You wanted to join as soon as Bavaria took Turkey and in your first post you provide a map where you take over 1/4 of the territory he took (before he gave some to Tirol and myself). You obviously want to expand, and joining this organization would allow you to do that without the threat of me...
