The Tirol Region annexed Grand Yugoslavia as it contains many Tiroler nationals and after the Yugoslav collapse the Tiroler government deemed it fit to absorb the Yugoslav territories into the The Tirol Region.
The Tirol Region colonized the Moldovan lands as the Tirol Region is currently dwarfed by the other nations in the ever growing world, colonizing the European land was an effective way to grow without causing conflict.

If anyone has any objections to Tiroler expansion please state it below.

I feel that you should only get part of Yugoslav territory as the rest of it could go to a new nation and since there is no connecting territory to Moldova you should not get that land.
