As the Whole Siberian Peninsula is free, Skarten Starts Mass Colonization to win back russian Territory (At least some of it)
100 thousand troopers,100 Winter Tanks Divisions,10 Artilery regiments,20 Air Suport Squads are send to Taymyrsky Dolgano-Nenetsky District, And Then, go to Evenkiysky, and finally to The Rest of Siberia.
It Would take:(Moderator may say the time
The casus belli would be To Reconquer their Russian Motherland!

By siberia i mean central part.... You know.. But that is ookie
(IF POSSIBLE GIB THAT CENTRAL LAND AND THE EASTERN TOO. )
